No. 34013 Okehampton : Stored in the yard, then exhibited at Bristol Bath Road diesel depot on October 21 1967. Cut up by Cashmore’s of Newport the following month. No. 34052 Lord Dowding: Never returned home after the end of steam, joining the dump at Weymouth. Scrapped at Cashmore’s in March 1968. Identity currently recreated by Jeremy Hosking with No. 34046 Braunton. No. 34089 602 Squadron: Last Bulleid to receive a classified repair at Eastleigh Works, October 1966. Worked the RCTS ‘Farewell To Southern Steam’ railtour on June 18 1967, which included the Swanage branch and Weymouth. It hauled the 08.20 Waterloo-Southampto­n East Docks boat train on July 7, and ran light engine from Eastleigh shed to Salisbury the next day with No. 34024 Tamar Valley. Stored until March 1968, and scrapped at Cashmore’s in September.
