Park on shortlist
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is in the running for anational award.
The public are being urged to vote for their favourite visitor attraction as part of the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards.
Thanks to a nomination from Countryfile presenter John Craven, the national park is among ten Scottish finalists nominated across a number of categories.
Visitscotland chief executive Malcolm Roughead said: “It’s wonderful that once again so many great examples of the superb quality and range of Scotland’s tourism assets have been shortlisted.”
Fergus Collins, editor of BBC Countryfile Magazine, said: “It’s been another fantastic year for nominations from Scotland – again reflecting the thrilling diversity of landscapes and visitor attractions across the country.”
Votes must be placed by February 28 at countryfile. com/awards.
