Syrian clas­si­cal gui­tarist Ay­man Jar­jour will give a fundrais­ing con­cert on be­half of two char­i­ties sup­port­ing Syrians af­fected by the con­flict there next month.

The event will take place in Kip­pen Church on Satur­day, March 4 at 7.30pm and re­fresh­ments will be pro­vided.

Pro­ceeds will go to Stir­ling Cit­i­zens for Sanc­tu­ary, a re­cently es­tab­lished char­ity which of­fers sup­port to Syrian refugee fam­i­lies now set­tling in the Forth Val­ley area and also to Med­i­cal Aid and Sup­port for Syria.

Ay­man is in­volved with many char­i­ties work­ing in­side and out­side Syria to help refugees and peo­ple af­fected by the con­flict. He holds de­grees from the Juil­liard School in New York and the Royal Con­ser­va­tory of Music in Madrid and has per­formed in the Mid­dle East, Europe, the United Sates, Africa and the Far East.
