Scot­tish Jazz Awards fi­nal­ists Rose Room will be bring­ing their love of swing music to Stir­ling’s Tol­booth stage on Fri­day, Fe­bru­ary 24.

Rose Room in­cor­po­rate the style of the great Django Rein­hardt and Stephane Grap­pelli and their per­for­mances go down a storm. Based in Glas­gow, the quar­tet fea­tures award-win­ning vi­o­lin­ist and songstress Seon­aid Aitken.

Rose Room have head­lined at all of the ma­jor Scot­tish jazz fes­ti­vals, ap­peared at the Shet­land Folk Fes­ti­val, and toured Ire­land per­form­ing at the Guin­ness Cork Jazz Fes­ti­val last year saw them col­lab­o­rate with Scot­tish sax­o­phon­ist Kon­rad Wiszniewski and the Capella String Quar­tet in a se­ries of con­certs cel­e­brat­ing the sound of the 1930s.
