Well-known survivalist, bushcraft expert and star of television Ray Mears will be bringing his UK tour to the Albert Halls on Saturday, October 14.
From a very young age Ray discovered the joys of exploring the wilderness - the most intact, undisturbed wild natural areas left on our planet.
His fascination with this environment that has not been modified by civilized human activity, has greatly shaped his life.
With a theme of the enjoyment of wild places, Ray gives audiences a unique insight into his wilderness travels and survival techniques.
Ray will include tales of his most recent travels in Australia, terkking through mountains and deserts, rainforests and oceans and takes the audience on a journey that he deeply values for cultural, spiritual, moral and aesthetic reasons and explain why he believes these are vital for the human spirit and creativity.
His various television series Tracksm World of Survival, Trips Money Can’t Buy with Ewan McGregor, The Real Heroes of Telemark and more have catapulted him into the public eye and inspired generations.
