Rocket Post at Mac­robert

Rocket Post – a show which fol­lows the an­tics of a Ger­man engi­neer who at­tempted to in­tro­duce a rocket-based postal ser­vice to the Outer He­brides – is set to en­ter­tain au­di­ences in Stir­ling.

The Na­tional Theatre of Scot­land pro­duc­tion will run at the Mac­robert Arts Cen­tre for one day only on Satur­day (Oc­to­ber 14).

The show, which is based on a true story, is de­signed for young peo­ple and fam­i­lies and is sup­ported by a se­ries of work­shops.

It is said to be in equal parts play, gig and hoe­down.

Among other ac­tiv­i­ties au­di­ences will have the op­por­tu­nity to build their very own rocket.
