Farmers’ market onagain
Stirling Farmers’ Market is back again in Port Street tomorrow (Saturday) from 10am till 4pm for the first of two markets this month.
The market will also be on site on November 24 to help with Christmas shopping.
New artisan bakery Bakery Andante is making its debut this weekend with a selection of handmade sourdoughs and pastries, croissants and quiches.
The Andante staff are looking forward to meeting new customers in Stirling and will be on hand to help you choose which goodies are best.
Also on the menu at the market this month will be free-range hen and duck eggs, award-winning cheeses and beautiful gift hampers, Highland beef, wild venison and game, Fife pork and bacon and also Good Life high welfare veal.
There will also be locally produced fruit wines and ciders, honey meads, craft beers and gins, Arbroath fish and shellfish with Ochil Fudge, home baking, scones and ‘Olives and Things’ for afters. Also on offer will be hand produced jewellery and gifts for all occasions.
Stall holders will be taking orders for Christmas.
