nom­i­nees in the De­vel­op­ing Young Peo­ple cat­e­gory for 2014 have demon­strated a proven com­mit­ment to bring­ing on new tal­ent.

The awards cel­e­brate business ex­cel­lence within the Stock­port, hav­ing been formed and or­gan­ised by Clarke Nick­lin Char­tered Ac­coun­tants with head­line spon­sors Gorvins Solic­i­tors, Or­bit De­vel­op­ments and NatWest.

Spon­sored by Ashcroft Cre­ative De­sign this cat­e­gory has three short­listed fi­nal­ists – Da­mar Train­ing, Cheshire Scaffold Ltd and SAS Daniels LLP.

Da­mar Train­ing is a spe­cial­ist provider of ap­pren­tice­ship train­ing and re­cruit­ment.

Founded in Stock­port in 1980 they have since sup­ported thou­sands of young peo­ple to find work, gain qual­i­fi­ca­tions and fur­ther their ca­reers – with a fo­cus on de­vel­op­ing the business skills of young peo­ple from ad­min­is­tra­tors to trainee ac­coun­tants and par­ale­gals.

Cheshire Scaf­folds Ltd is one of the north west’s lead­ing in­de­pen­dent scaf­fold­ing con­trac­tors. Since its launch in 1993 the vi­sion has been to cre­ate a company with a gen­uine com­mit­ment to ex­celling in safety, qual­ity and train­ing.

SAS Daniels LLP is a firm of lawyers that op­er­ates through­out the north west, and pride them­selves on be­ing any­thing but or­di­nary.
