October holidays childcare provision

Perth and Kinross Council is running a wraparound childcare service at St Dominic’s Primary School over the October school holidays.

The service, which is managed by the local authori t y ’ s childcare strategy team, will be open to preschool- age children whether they attend the nursery at the school or not.

Details of the holiday programmes will be available from the end of September in St Dominic’s itself, and also on the council website at www.pkc.gov.uk/families.

The wraparound care services operate a flexible booking scheme, where children can attend for activities on specific days or for flexible childcare over the holiday.

Daily fees are charged in three categories – up to five hours, up to seven hours or over seven hours.

An annual registration fee is also payable, allowing access to any kids club or wraparound care service.
