Tree time in Muthill

The rain came pour­ing down not long af­ter the count­down to Muthill’s Christ­mas tree lights switch-on.

Nev­er­the­less, spir­its were not damp­ened and a good crowd gath­ered for the fes­tive tra­di­tion. Muthill Pri­mary School pupils and the com­mu­nity choir were in good voice and led the carol sing­ing, and mince pies and hot spiced drinks were en­joyed cour­tesy of the Bar­ley Bree res­tau­rant.
