300g pasta 250g cherry toma­toes, sliced 1 garlic clove, diced Grated zest 1 lemon 75g pit­ted black olives 2tbsp capers 1tbsp umami paste (to­mato paste) 1tbsp ex­tra vir­gin olive oil 140g rocket leaves 200g tin tuna, drained

Cook the pasta in boil­ing salted wa­ter for 10 mins. Put the toma­toes, garlic, lemon zest, black olives and capers in a large bowl. Stir in the umami paste and olive oil. Drain the pasta and re­fresh un­der cold run­ning wa­ter. Stir into the to­mato mix­ture. Fold the rocket leaves and tuna through the pasta salad.
