300g pasta 250g cherry tomatoes, sliced 1 garlic clove, diced Grated zest 1 lemon 75g pitted black olives 2tbsp capers 1tbsp umami paste (tomato paste) 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil 140g rocket leaves 200g tin tuna, drained
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 mins. Put the tomatoes, garlic, lemon zest, black olives and capers in a large bowl. Stir in the umami paste and olive oil. Drain the pasta and refresh under cold running water. Stir into the tomato mixture. Fold the rocket leaves and tuna through the pasta salad.
