Takes 10mins serves 6 Beat 160g salted but­ter with 1tsp crushed green pep­per­corns and 2tbsp chopped pars­ley in a bowl un­til well com­bined. Use to but­ter 6 halved whole­grain rolls. Fill each roll with 2-3 slices roast beef or pork, lit­tle gem let­tuce and serve straight away with mus­tard and cress and ap­ple jelly.
