Takes 1hr + chilling Makes 36 Halve 6 oranges and scoop out the flesh without breaking the skins. Put the fruit shells in a muffin tin. Place 6 gelatine leaves in cold water (the amount isn’t important) for 5 mins. Bring 100ml lemonade to the boil in a pan. Remove from the heat. Squeeze out excess liquid from the gelatine and add to the pan with a few drops of lemon extract. Divide jelly into three and colour yellow, orange and green with food colourings. Divide between orange halves and chill to set. Slice each half into three with a knife dipped into hot water.
