Takes 1hr + chill­ing Makes 36 Halve 6 or­anges and scoop out the flesh with­out break­ing the skins. Put the fruit shells in a muf­fin tin. Place 6 gela­tine leaves in cold water (the amount isn’t im­por­tant) for 5 mins. Bring 100ml le­mon­ade to the boil in a pan. Re­move from the heat. Squeeze out ex­cess liq­uid from the gela­tine and add to the pan with a few drops of lemon ex­tract. Di­vide jelly into three and colour yel­low, orange and green with food colour­ings. Di­vide be­tween orange halves and chill to set. Slice each half into three with a knife dipped into hot water.
