Blue­berry, Ba­nana & choco­lates waf­fles

Takes 25mins serves 6 Put 60g but­ter in a pan with 250g blue­ber­ries and 2tbsp water. Heat very gen­tly for 5 mins, un­til the fruit just soft­ens. Turn off the heat. Heat an elec­tric waf­fle maker. Mea­sure out 100g but­ter and melt in the mi­crowave on high for 30 secs. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, and whisk in the milk. Gen­tly stir in 30g sugar, the flour and bak­ing pow­der. Pour in the melted but­ter, gen­tly fold­ing in, un­til just com­bined. Brush the waf­fle maker with but­ter to grease. Pour 100ml of the mix­ture into each side of the waf­fle maker. Cook for a few mins un­til crisp and golden. Serve waf­fles topped with blue­ber­ries, sliced ba­nanas and grated choco­late. For an in­dul­gent pud add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream be­fore serv­ing.
