Slice up leftover banana and freeze. use for Smoothies or add into cake mixture
Takes 10mins serves 4 8 crushed Hobnob biscuits 400ml vanilla yoghurt 6tbsp caramel 2 sliced bananas Grated dark chocolate
1 Divide the crushed hobnob biscuits between four serving glasses.
2 Spoon the vanilla yoghurt, caramel sauce and sliced bananas over the crushed biscuits in each glass.
3 Top each one with a little grated dark chocolate.
