Garlic pizza bread
Takes 45 mins serves 4 Make the dough following the Neapolitan recipe up to end of Step 4. Make garlic oil by gently heating 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a small saucepan with 3 crushed garlic cloves to infuse. Preheat the oven to 230°C/gas 8 and prewarm two baking sheets. When the baking trays are hot, divide the dough into two and roll out. Place on to the baking sheets. Drizzle the garlic oil over the dough and top with 1 finely sliced red chilli. Bake for 9 mins until the dough is golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and top with 2 handfuls of rocket leaves to serve.
