FIERY GARLIC SPAGHETTI

1 vegetable stock cube 350g spaghetti 1⁄2 head broccoli, broken into small florets 2tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
4tbsp Parmesan, grated
Crumble the vegetable stock cube into a pan of water and bring to the boil. Add the spaghetti to the pan. Return to the boil and cook for 6min. Tip the broccoli florets into the pan with the spaghetti and cook together for a further 4min, then drain. Add the olive oil to a hot frying pan, tip in the garlic and chilli, and cook for 3min. Add the drained spaghetti and broccoli, then season and toss well. Divide on to plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
