1 Type a word on the computer, flip it so it reads backwards, then print it out onto transfer paper. Repeat with the word’s definition, typed in a smaller font. 2 Trim the blank paper around the words, leaving a border of at least 5mm. 3 Lay a tea towel on your ironing board, place your cushion cover on top and iron it to heat it. 4 Place the transfer paper with the printed image facing down and iron the paper, making sure you keep the iron moving constantly. Allow to cool, then gently peel away the backing paper.
