Nurses have the same pal, same clothes and same caring nature

Jenny Morrison Glamorous twins Louisa and Christina Thomson love doing everything together.

The 27-year- olds are both nurses, drive the same type of white Mercedes, share the same best friend and often unwittingly turn up at the same places dressed in the same clothes.

Now they will go head to head in the final of Miss Great Britain after each winning regional rounds of the national competition.

Both girls wil l travel to Leicester in September to battle it out for the Miss GB crown. But they admit they each want the other to win.

Louisa, who won the Miss Stirling title, said: “Everyone keeps asking us if we will find it tough competing against each other but we don’t think of it like that.

“We love doing things together and taking part in this competition is something we have both thought about doing for years.

“To be taking part alongside my twin sister just makes it even more special.”
