Chapman’s named gaffer at Bully Wee

Jim Chapman last night sealed the deal to become the new manager of Clyde.
The 51- year- old has agreed terms on a two-year contract with the Bully Wee to replace Barry Ferguson, who left the club in February.
Chapman – who also had spells in charge at Albion Rovers and Dumbarton – has left fellow League Two side Annan and will formally take over on May 29 after a family holiday.
Clyde chairman Norrie Innes said: “The Board has just completed a rigorous appointment proc e ss and Jim was one of a most impressive list of candidates.
“Jim is looking forward to working closely with myself and the board, as we are with him, on the challenge of rebuilding the squad.”
