Exhausted firefighters take a break after trying to rescue people from the blaze at Grenfell Tower in Kensington, west London, on Wednesday. At least 58 people are presumed to have died, 10 are in critical care and there are still dozens missing after a massive fire engulfed the 24-storey block of flats. More than 200 firefighters tackled the blaze, which lasted for more than 24 hours.
