Taylor triumphs over DJ in court
Taylor Swift scored a victory in her battle against a DJ who accused her of destroying his career – after his case was thrown out of court.
David Mueller could not prove the singer set out to get him sacked after he a l leged ly g roped her back side at a photo opportunity in 2013.
Former Denver radio host Mueller said the star, 27, her mum Andrea Swift and their radio handler Frank Bell sabotaged his £ 116,000 - a-year job. He demanded £2.3million in damages.
As the case against Swift was thrown out, her team “smiled and embraced”.
Mueller’s al legations against her mum and Bell will be sent to the jury for a verdict.
