Any room for negotiation?
I signed up for a special offer on hotel accommodation via a daily deals website. But I phoned to book and the hotel said the voucher had expired. It had to be redeemed within a month but no one told me. What can I do? If there were no terms issued (and there is nothing printed on the voucher), take it up with the deals website as your contract is with them. You can’t be expected to know about the expiry. You are entitled to a refund or to ask for the validity to be extended.
