Couple’s joy as they finally see wedding video

Sunday Mail (UK) - - The Judge -

Newlyweds Greg and Dawn Smith couldn’t get hold of their wedding video… six months after their big day.

Lewis Raymond, of Unrivalled Videos, promised to send the £1043 package within 12 weeks and kept claiming it had been dispatched when it hadn’t.

I got on the case and I’m delighted to report that the couple now have their film. Greg, of Leith, Edinburgh, a logistics officer with the Scottish Ambulance Service, said: “We’ve watched the DVD and it’s what we were looking for.

“The copies for our family turned up too as did the raw footage we’d been promised. Thank you for your help.”

Sadly, the Smiths are not alone in having problems. Nicola Christie paid £900 for her footage, which was supposed to be delivered in six weeks.

She finally got it after four months by bombarding Raymond with calls, emails and texts. Her dad Kenny even paid a visit to his house. Kenny said: “We’ve renamed the firm Unreliable Videos.”
