MY PERFECT SUNDAY

- By Nadia Sawalha

My perfect Sunday would start with a lazy morning reading with my two girls, Kiki, nine, and Maddie, 14, then making them pancakes for breakfast (although the reality is usually nagging them or doing lots of washing!).

Then we would take our two cockapoos Toffee and Chi-Chi for a lovely long walk followed by lots of lounging about in the back garden.

We love picnics so we’d have one on a blanket in the sunshine with the girls eating sandwiches and whatever cake I’d made that weekend.

And then we’d catch up on the latest blockbuster at the local cinema followed by a restaurant meal out – movies and grub is a family favourite pastime!

Once home, I’d have a lovely soak in the bath and probably a quick episode of whatever box set my hubby Mark and I have on the go. The final thing before bed would be a moustache wax (I grow a lot of hair in my upper lip!) ready for doing Loose Women live the next day.
