1 More colds and flus are ram­pant and bugs are spread­ing so it’s a good idea to eat more fruit and veg­eta­bles.

2 Be aware of your vi­ta­mins – zinc in­take is im­por­tant for your im­mune sys­tem dur­ing the win­ter months.

3 I drink lemon and gin­ger tea in the morn­ing which is re­ally good for keep­ing healthy. 4 Take a pro­bi­otic daily be­cause a lot of your im­mune sys­tem starts in your di­ges­tive health.

5 Avoid late nights and get enough sleep. In Oc­to­ber and November I hi­ber­nate as the fes­tive sea­son is busy, so I’ll avoid go­ing out if pos­si­ble.
