MY PERFECT SUNDAY

Sunday Mirror (Northern Ireland) - - News - By Angie Best

Celeb personal trainer I’m up at 5.30-6am no matter what day it is.

My partner, personal trainer Mark Miller, and I will then go to open our private gym, Metaphysical, near our home at Henleyon-Thames before I teach a class at 10.

Having exercised for 40 odd years, I tend to do a class for every woman so whichever area a woman wants to work on, we will have something for her.

We close the gym around 1pm and although I don’t tend to eat lunch on Sundays because I’m so busy, occasionally we go to pub at the end of my road called The Dog and Badger.

I always get a vegetarian roast, so I tuck into roast potatoes and roasted vegetables, all with a little bit of gravy on top.

After lunch I go up to the barn to look after my horse. We’re learning dressage, which is hard for both me and the horse.

Back at home, I have something to eat and I’m in bed by 8pm to prepare for my early Monday morning.

Angie was speaking from the Playboy Club London celebrating the unique heritage of the iconic Playboy Bunnies.
