Emily Front, Oxford, Oxfordshire Doulton began to produce the famous range of figurines in 1913. The Old Balloon Seller was designed by Lesley Harradine and first released in 1929. It has the number HN 1315. She was one of a series of street seller figurines. Original figures make around £75 if in good condition, and a bit more if mint.
