TELLY hottie Holly Willoughby is on a diet of chicken, carrots and hummus in a bid to maintain her slim new figure. A TV insider said: “Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus. You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”

Pilates fan Holly, 36, has also taken up ballet and kickboxing to stay trim.

The source added: “She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.” The TV favourite, who copresents the ITV show with Phillip Schofield, has refused to discuss her svelte and glowing new look. She has said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”

But mother-of-three Holly has admitted: “The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself.”
