A THEATRE group performance where a woman was sold as a slave in an old Nordic market reenactment has been slammed for spreading a “bad image” of Vikings.

Caroline Holmberg complained that the show at the Foteviken Museum reinforces incorrect stereotypes about women during Viking times.
