School Miss ‘ had sex fling with student’

A FEMALE teacher has been suspended after she was accused of having a sexual relationship with a high school student.

The 30- year- old teacher, whose name and school can’t be revealed for legal reasons, allegedly maintained the relationship with the 17- year- old male student for six months.

Police also alleged she fingered a 15- yearold girl at the school in north Queensland, Australia.

She was charged with five counts of indecent treatment of a child under 16 and four counts of procuring a young person for carnal knowledge.

Townsville Child Protection Investigation Unit Officer- in- Charge Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Miles said teachers from the school contacted police.

“Our investigations have identified the alleged sexual relationship between the student and the teacher had been ongoing for about six months,” he said.
