Avant continues to build for the future
Sunderland housebuilder Avant Homes North East has secured six new development plots, which will create up to 360 jobs.
With a combined value of £176million, the sites will provide a further 756 homes throughout the region.
Developments are in Acomb, Birtley, Chilton, Guisborough, Wingate and Kenton Bank Foot and will enable Avant to continue working toward its target of becoming a £500million turnover, 2,000-unit business across its operations in central Scotland, North East England, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
Avant Managing director Scott Varley said: “We are on a fast-moving trajectory and our momentum can only be maintained by securing new sites in the right locations and for the best price.”
