Break­fast is the most im­por­tant meal of the day. It sets the tone for the rest of the day.

You need some­thing that is go­ing to en­er­gise you and keep you full.

This open faced av­o­cado and egg break­fast sand­wich only takes 10 min­utes to make and fills you with pro­tein, good fats and car­bo­hy­drates. The per­fect start!

In­gre­di­ents 1 egg 1 slice of toast (whole­meal, sour­dough, rye) 1/2 av­o­cado salt and pep­per to taste

In­struc­tions Open the av­o­cado, re­move the skin, and place half of the av­o­cado in a small bowl. Add salt and pep­per to taste and smash.

Toast one piece of the bread.

Cook egg to your pre­ferred level of done­ness.

Add the av­o­cado to the top of the toast. Top with your egg. En­joy.
