FORGET THE FEAR
Don’t let fear hold you back. Go for it and take the drop – and remember it’s ok to fall. Just get back out there and try again until you get it right.
You can’t expect the wave to do the work for you. Paddle hard and make sure you’re on the wave until you jump up. You will feel the wave pick you up and move you forward – and that’s the time to get up.
You’re going to need to commit to the drop, stay strong and be determined. You can totally do this; you just need to believe in yourself.
