Friends reunited for autumn season
After a quiet summer, with the castle closed for refurbishment, the Friends of Brodick Castle are gearing up for a busy autumn/winter programme.
Despite the closure, the friends have still managed to fund raise towards a defibrillator for the castle and the location of their regular meetings, now on a Thursday, will be moved to the rangers centre. The autumn/winter programme starts off on Thursday September 21 at 2pm with a talk by Chris Mills, interim property manager, on the progress of the work at the castle and plans for the future. The group would be delighted to see friends, old and new, at their meetings.
If anyone would like to join in or take part in any of the events Linda MacCallum, the membership secretary, can be contacted on 302875 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
