Sisters release a fitting song for Bradley

-

THEY very nearly cracked the iTunes top 10 with their song for him at Christmas and now sister duo Liv ‘N’ G have recorded another poignant track for terminally ill youngster Bradley Lowery.

The Hartlepool siblings – Olivia Crawford and Georgia Fletcher – released original track Our Superhero in December for the brave Blackhall boy who has captured the hearts of the nation, and it soared to number 12 in the iTunes top 100.

Tragically their new release comes after Bradley’s family were dealt a devastating blow by doctors who told them the courageous six-year-old, who has neuroblastoma, has just weeks to life.

As another tribute to Bradley, Liv ‘n’ G have recorded a cover of Charlie Chaplin’s Smile which they hope to release on Friday, June 23.

Announcing the single on their Facebook page the girls said “We wanted to do this song particularly because we feel that in every single photo you see of Bradley on Facebook, he’s smiling.

“We can’t imagine what he’s going through but his smile has captured us, but not only us – the nation, the world, everyone – so we wanted to do this for such an amazing little boy.”

Now Smile is of course a song that is known the world over and has been covered by many artists, but the girls have made their version more personal to Bradley by writing a new verse in his honour.

But Georgia said after meeting Bradley and being blown away by his courage, it didn’t take long to write.

“You would never tell there’s anything wrong with him. He’s just like any normal six-year-old, running around with this huge smile on his face.

“Even with all the pain he’s experiencing, he never stops smiling and that’s why we thought Smile was
