BLUE Star went down 2-0 at Leam Lane WMC in the Pre­mier Divi­sion.

Carl Tay­lor opened the scor­ing in the sec­ond half with a calm­ly­placed penalty be­fore Joe Mole sealed the points with 15 min­utes re­main­ing.

Birt­ley RAOB sit proudly at the top of the ta­ble with their 100% record in­tact.

They were 3-2 win­ners at Whick­ham Coach­man.

A brace from Lewis Proc­tor and one from Ralph Wat­son took the points. Lewis John­son and an own goal counted for the Coachies.

Stor­mont Main picked up their first win of the cam­paign - 6-4 over Win­la­ton West End.

Liam McVicar hit a hat-trick, Sean Pitt bagged a brace and there was one ef­fort from Bran­don Low­ery.

On tar­get for West End were Alan Heath, Con­nor Bri­er­ley and Carl Piecha (2).

In Divi­sion One, Nurs­ery House clipped The Ea­gle’s wings with a 5-2 suc­cess.

There was a hat-trick for Ge­orge Foster along­side strikes from Daniel Birk­beck and David Reay.

Mark Burns and an own goal counted for The Ea­gle.

Teams Club are sec­ond fol­low­ing their 2-2 draw with Saltwell SC.

Jor­don Mole and Con­nor Lane put the Teams in pole po­si­tion but coun­ters from Garry Hill and Hassen Col­ley snatched a point for Saltwell.

Gateshead Three Tuns re­turned from Ruther­ford with max­i­mum points fol­low­ing a 4-2 re­sult.

Daniel Wilkin­son con­verted a 25yard free-kick for The Tuns, Keith Scott dis­patch­ing two penal­ties.

Jak Charlesworth also kept up his record of notch­ing in each game this sea­son.

Shaun White and Adam Sin­clair were on tar­get for Ruther­ford.

Pelaw Grange Dogs tri­umphed 5-3 against Thomas Wil­son af­ter com­ing back from 3-1 down.

Two from Alan Mul­hol­land and one from Neil Dav­i­son put the Wil­son in front but a Con­nor Grieve­son hat-trick and one each from Ryan Lan­caster and Bri Allen took the points for the Dogs.

Whick­ham Bay Horse edged a seven-goal clash at Aller­dene.

A header from James Kane, a long-range ef­fort from Jack Stone and a Kieran McPher­son penalty were not enough for Aller­dene as Bay Horse pre­vailed 4-3.

Their ef­forts came from a Michael Rob­son brace added to by Matty Neve and Reece Boyd.

Clara Vale picked up their first suc­cess of the sea­son when they ran out 2-1 vic­tors at In­ter XI.
