New­cas­tle plays host to­mor­row to the girl band who helped de­fine eight­ies pop. Siob­han Fa­hey re­joins Sara Dallin and Keren Wood­ward for what’s billed as a one-time-only UK tour for the orig­i­nal line-up – in fact it’s the first time the three have ever toured to­gether. They last per­formed as a trio on The Brits in 1988, with Siob­han then go­ing on to have fur­ther suc­cess with Shake­speare’s Sis­ter then as a solo artist and the oth­ers con­tin­u­ing as Bana­narama. So, take the chance to see the orig­i­nal line-up, who made it into the Guin­ness Book Of Records as the most suc­cess­ful fe­male group of all time; hav­ing had more hit sin­gles than any other girl band ever.
