LOOKING for big investment are the team behind new British restaurant concept Hollings, and the owner of an Italianinspired fresh pasta stall known as The Cheese Wheel.
Hoping to convince the big-money investors, they will each trial their concept for three days at premises in the centre of Manchester, where they also have to win over the paying public.
Hollings is the brainchild of ex-Hix Group head chef Ronnie Murray and bar manager James Randall. The pair are looking for £200k to open their first venue in London. Graham Bradbury is the man behind The Cheese Wheel and who believes he could have the next Italian-inspired chain on his hands.
