POEM OF THE DAY

A Thousand Tears

The Chronicle - - Feedback -

A silent tear when on my own Hopefully in the privacy of my home

Could reflect on just how I feel And with my emotions just how I deal

A few tears you should not deny One should not question or reason why A good night’s sleep may have eased one’s mind

And tears now maybe hard to find The silent tear of which I speak To me I know is not unique

We all have moments in our lives When a thousand tears are not suffice GEORGE McLANDERS
