The Church of England - - LETTERS -

Sir, Re: William Benjamin Harvey-Bugg I am currently researching the life and circumstances of William Benjamin Harvey-Bugg, who was 17 years old in 1948 when he was convicted of the double shooting murder of James Lyon Walker Barton & his sister Lue Loveday Walker Barton at Waller-awang in New South Wales. The Barton family were direct descendants of the BowesLyon family. William served a life sentence (20years) and on his release from gaol in 1968 had become an accomplished saxophonist. It is believed that he spent some time after that living and playing in the UK possibly with the BBC Symphony Orchestra. I am very interested in hearing from anyone, friends, family, workmates, with any knowledge what-so-ever of his life in England. As it is possible that William is still living or has living family all information will be treated with respect, I have no wish to cause harm or distress to anyone.
