Clue to brain health

The Courier & Advertiser (Angus and The Mearns Edition) - - Comment -

The key to a healthy brain could be the completion of crosswords. Research shows brain function is considerably improved among elderly people who play word games on a regular basis.

Indeed, some people who engage in such pursuits have brain function equivalent to those 10 years younger.

The findings may not be certain, but the academics do hope to have solved an age-old puzzle.
