Murphy win ‘not sunk in’

Champion of Champions victor Shaun Murphy said he is still coming to terms with his win over the legendary Ronnie O’sullivan in Sunday’s final in Coventry.

After his 10-8 success, Murphy said: “These are the moments you live for, playing the best player of all time in the ultimate test in a big, big final. “It’s not really sunk in yet. “I didn’t think I did much wrong to be honest. Fortunately he missed the green at the end and I managed to finish up.”
