Milestone sees care firm restate its values

The Courier & Advertiser (Angus and The Mearns Edition) - - BUSINESS -

Perth-based care group Balhousie has marked 25 years in business by launching a new set of core values.

More than 150 staff of the homes operator gathered at Cineworld in Dundee to hear from founder and chairman Tony Banks.

Scottish Enterprise chairman Bob Keiller was also on hand.

Mr Banks said: “Saying that people are the core of a customeroriented service may sound obvious, but there’s no other way of describing Balhousie Care Group.

“Our strength really is in numbers, the number of excellent staff we have, from homes right up to head office, and the number of residents and family members who contribute to how we operate.”
