Plans have been approved to redevelop the old Carnegie Clinic in Inglis Street, Dunfermline, to form 18 flats in the centre of the town.
The plans were agreed subject to conditions including a legal agreement relating to a £2,666 contribution towards infrastructure at St Margaret’s Primary School and an affordable housing contribution of £54,000.
