Dundee mum admits racially abusing Polish neighbours
A mother who admitted racially abusing her Polish neighbours had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court yesterday.
Diane Fowler, 49, acted in a racially aggravated manner in September last year, shouting an obscenity at a Polish couple from her window on Alloway Gardens.
Fowler’s defence solicitor said her client had received a warning from the council, and she was contrite about the incident.
Yesterday at the court, Fowler admitted acting in a racially aggravated manner.
Sheriff Hughes deferred sentence until November, for Fowler to be of good behaviour for six months.
