Man charged with spitting and trying to bite police officer
A 34-year-old man has been accused of claiming he had an infectious disease and spitting at a police officer.
Alistair Hill is also alleged to have attempted to bite the officer on September 26 at police headquarters on Bell Street, while he was on bail.
Hill, of Abbotsford Street, Dundee, had his case continued without plea until February 2.
Meanwhile, in a separate case at Dundee Sheriff Court, Nicole Ingram denied shouting, swearing, knocking confectionery onto the floor and uttering racially offensive remarks at the Best One Store on Fintry Road on February 6.
Ingram, 25, of Finlow Terrace, will stand trial on April 18.
