Fair City events to mark First World War an­niver­sary

Perth The­atre opened its doors to the first show­ing of Dusk 306 yes­ter­day as part of the Fair City’s First World War memo­ri­als.

The the­atre and Perth Con­cert Hall are com­mem­o­rat­ing the 100th an­niver­sary of the end of the First World War with a tril­ogy of per­for­mances.

Dusk 306 is the first in the se­ries and ex­plores what the con­flict means to­day.

From Mon­day to Fri­day, the con­cert hall will host Char­lie Ward’s im­mer­sive sound in­stal­la­tion of a war­time hospi­tal.

The fi­nal per­for­mance will be held at the con­cert hall on Novem­ber 11 with a show­ing of No Man’s Land.
