Vardy and Mahrez absent from Porto trip

Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani have all been left at home for Leicester’s Champions League trip to Porto.

Robert Huth and Andy King have also stayed in England, with the Foxes having already qualified from Group G, while Kasper Schmeichel is not quite fit enough after breaking his hand against FC Copenhagen last month.

Ben Chilwell could make his first appearance following an ankle injury with Marcin Wasilewski, Nampalys Mendy, Demarai Gray and Leonardo Ulloa all in line to start for the Foxes. Under-23 midfielder Harvey Barnes, 18, has travelled and will be included in the squad.
