Drop-in event to showcase £4.5m affordable housing development
A £4.5 million affordable housing development has been earmarked for a site at Aberdour Road in Dunfermline.
Kingdom Housing Association, together with Curtis Jones Property Developments, has announced its intention to apply for planning permission for 42 flats for mid-market affordable rent in the coming weeks.
As part of public consultation, a drop-in event will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Aberdour Road on Wednesday, from 3.30pm to 7.15pm.
Bill Banks, chief executive at Kingdom, said: “There is a continuing need to build affordable homes in Dunfermline and we believe the opportunity for local people to access high-quality housing at an affordable rent will prove very popular.”
